How do minutes work?
When you create a video, the duration is deducted from your plan. The length is rounded up to the nearest 15-second interval — e.g. a 1 min 10 sec video uses 1 min 15 sec.
Do unused minutes carry over?
Minutes do not accumulate. They renew every month and unused minutes become void.
How can I change my credit card details?
Click the menu on the bottom left → Billing → click the pen icon and update your details.
Why do videos have a KON watermark on Trial & Lite?
We believe in transparency about AI-generated content. This is also reflected in our ethics policy. A full-screen watermark appears for trial users.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Billing → Cancel plan.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support@kon.ai. Deleting your account removes access to KON along with all generated content.
