Code of Conduct

KON community guidelines

Welcome to the KON community. This is a space for builders, creators, and teams using KON to share ideas, ask questions, and grow together. By participating, you agree to follow the guidelines below.

Treat Everyone with Respect

  • Communicate politely and professionally.
  • Personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, and discrimination are not allowed.
  • Critique ideas and work, not individuals.
  • If you feel unsafe or see inappropriate behaviour, contact our team at community@konpro.ai.

Protect Privacy and Security

  • Do not share your own or anyone else’s sensitive information (addresses, phone numbers, login details, IDs, medical or financial data, etc.).
  • Do not request credentials, one-time codes, or other security details from others.
  • Report suspicious messages, scams, or impersonation attempts to the moderators.

Use KON Responsibly

Do not use KON or this community to create or share:

  • Harassing, threatening, or abusive content
  • Sexual or NSFW material
  • Deepfakes intended to mislead or harm
  • Content that incites violence or promotes extremist views

Do not impersonate real people, including public figures or KON team members, without clear consent and labelling.

Keep Content Professional and Safe for Work

  • Assume that all channels are professional spaces.
  • Avoid graphic, explicit, or shocking content.
  • Avoid partisan political campaigning or content designed to provoke conflict.

No Spam or Unsolicited Promotion

  • Don’t flood channels with repeated messages, links, or off-topic content.
  • Unsolicited pitches, mass DMs, or recruiting members into unrelated groups are not allowed.
  • You may share your work with KON in appropriate showcase or feedback spaces, as long as it is relevant and not excessive.

Stay Relevant

  • Post in the channel that best matches your topic (product help, feedback, showcases, announcements, etc.).
  • Keep discussions focused on KON, AI workflows, and related topics in that channel.
  • Use designated off-topic spaces, if available, for casual conversation.

Follow KON Policies

  • Your conduct here should align with KON’s product terms, acceptable use rules, and privacy commitments.
  • If you’re unsure whether something is allowed, err on the side of caution or ask a moderator.

Moderation and Enforcement

  • Moderators may edit, move, or remove posts, and may limit or remove access for behaviour that breaks this Code.
  • If you want to discuss a moderation action, do so calmly and in private (e.g., via community@konpro.ai).
  • Creating alternate accounts to avoid moderation is not permitted.

Language and Communication

  • Use clear, respectful language. Avoid slurs, excessive swearing, and hostile sarcasm.
  • English is the primary language for moderation and support unless separate language channels are provided.

For product issues, billing, or account-specific questions, please use KON’s official support options in the product or on our website, rather than relying only on community replies.
